This diet and fitness plan is great for everyone. The plan reminds you of the basics - eat a healthy and balance diet and exercise. This is not a read all at once and then get started book!/5(15). This book has a diet program that starts slowly, buiding to a very easy regime to follow.

It is very effective, and yet, avoids the usual no fats-no bread-no sweets-no alchohol, excercise, etc. approach. The dieter can have all these; the explanations are very thorough.

It works/5(7). You will lose weight, but slowly. It has great meal ideas (esp for single people) and an easy gradual exercise plan. No quick fixes here, but if you stick with it you will definitely be healthier in the long run. There is also a Change One book geared towards diabetics. I haven't read that one, but I would think it would be worth a try as well/5.
